I need a news filter for an EA. The news should be downloaded from http://ec.forexprostools.com (NOT ForexFactory!). There must be a method that can be called to update the news.

The news should be stored in ram, maybe in a array so I can access it. It should contain the

- Time of the event converted to the brokers time
- Description
- Impact (low, medium, high)
- Affected currency

The attached sample should look like

xx:30, EUR, High, ECB President Draghi Speaks


There is no EA to be modified! I just need a method that downloads the news and make them more accessible to me.
