Hi - I am new to the freelance work space. I have a very simple requirement which is based on identifying a certain trivial 2 candlestick formation. I simply require an indicator to alert as to when these formations occur on a given timeframe. 

I require an email alert to be issued when such a condition occurs.

I require the indicator to not crash if it is setup across multiple time-frames.

‌I can give many examples of these formations to the developer who is successful. 

In order to be successful, I require an honest appraisal from the Developer about the cost/complexity of this fairly trivial requirement.

‌If I receive transparency and honesty about the cost/complexity of this work, the Developer will be selected and future work will be given. If I receive poor responses on this point, then developers will be rejected.
