Andrey (Wahoo), is a true professional, extremely talented, efficient trust worthy and generous. I never had to spend more than 5 mins commissioning the job, the program was delivered within less than a day within the spec parameters. When I asked him to adjust the program slightly beyond the spec, he didn’t blink and eye and done the change beyond the call of duty. He assured me that if I had any issue with the program any time in the future he would fixed it at no charge which he has already done. To summarize: Andrey is effective, efficient, offers a great value, trust worthy and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Andrey for any programming job. Kind Regards Natal

The colour of the  background must be as per the table below based on the % in each time frame.

The table must update regularly (every few seconds or at most once every minute)
