Simple script required that creates a set of rectangle boxes with half way trend lines in each box

hi

I would like a script set up whereby whenever I click on a button a series of 8 rectangle boxes are created (to be aligned in a day timeframe).  half way through each box a dashed trend line should be drawn.

I have attached a picture below which shows what I mean

I should be able to change the prices and sizes for all boxes and trend dash lines
