Debug martingale function which is already programmed and add new function with balance percentage(MT5)

So i have already an EA programmed with a martingale function. But the problem is it has only 7 multipliers and a little bug it doesn't function right if the reversal trade function is on false. It skips the 1. Multiplier than the 3. Multiplier and the 5. Multiplier. So i need to fix that bug if i have the reversal function on false that it shouldn't skip any multiplier and to add more multiplier till 15 if that is possible. And also a new little function that uses the percentage of the total capital and fits than the lotsize. Like when i would have 1000 dollar capital and i would have the percentage function on 0.01% it would change the lotsize to 0.1 and if the capital would increase the lotsize would also increase like 3000 dollar with still the same percentage  than would be the new lotsize 0.3.
