Script that will filter EA orders based on trend indicator.

I need a script/EA that I can add to a price chart (Same pair as my EA but on larger timeframe) that will filter the trades placed by my EA. My EA trades on a 1m time period. However I would like to place a script or EA on a 30m time frame that will only allow my EA to place long/short trades depending on the direction of trend as per indicator attached. if the indicator shows downtrend signal arrow then all trades from the EA from that point will only be short, until the indicator signals long arrow then all trades placed by the EA will be long.
