Modify the on chart buy lot / sell lot comment to indicate on what TF the trade was placed

I need a script or EA (not sure which - so please advise) that does the following

When I enter a trade ( Pending or market) on a time frame it adds the TF to the buy / sell comment that appears on the left hand side of the charts in MT4 green line showing entry level.

That way when I look at a chart in one TF, I can also see all other trades for that pair that I have placed on different TF's
