Trading platform with EA

i need the signals from my MT4 to be processed to the other trading panel (should be created ) and to be sent to the trading bridge directly which is already exists and sockets can be provided.

The processed orders should be managed (monitored) in the panel .

The panel should be capable of handling auto orders and semi auto orders.  the EA should be capable of sending the orders.
