Need an EA that will automatically close of all new orders

We will need a very simple ea that will perform the following tasks for us:

Monitor an account, and automatically close any new incoming trades that appear. Very simple. Nothing more. Only with the possible exception to leave existing trades open (i.e., we have existing trades in these accounts which we would like to leave open) but all new ones that appear we require them to automatically be closed out as soon as they land there.
 

To make a long story short here is why we need this  - we have a small MAM, but the broker's MAM software causes us rounding issues so we must have an "overflow account" where all trades that don't round properly the remainder of the trade goes to this overflow account. If these trades go to profit, great, but if not, they just linger and grow over time in this account, and we must pay these to the broker. Rather than always manually monitoring this, we prefer to have it automated. A simple close new trades function should do the trick. So we figured a very simple EA that could be placed on the account which closes all new trades the minute they are opened would solve this problem for us.

Unfortunatly our broker does not have a solution for us other than to manually close these out.
