Simple trade copier with specific money management rules

I'm looking for someone to code an EA for me which can copy trades from one MT4 terminal to another one on the same system.

The main part of the EA would be the money management functions, being able to trade a certain %risk per trade. As the account moves into profit, I'd want the %risk per trade to increase, however I want to specify the account balance levels at which the risk changes (based on % profit on the account) as well as how much to risk at each level. There would also be a trailing stop and if that's hit, the process begins again and new levels are calculated.

I think this will be fairly straightforward and will most likely just involve several "IF" functions (or "while" functions) to determine the %risk per trade. As mentioned, the trade copying part doesn't have to be complex at all and someone who's already made one or has access to a free one can adapt the code from that.

I've written an Excel file that does exactly what I'd like the EA to do, which I will provide to the person who will complete the job so they know exactly what to do. I know I haven't been very specific in my description her but will provide the exact specifications to the coder so that it simply needs to be written out in the code.

I'm also happy to provide a bonus in addition to the price listed for prompt, high quality work or if the coder suggests valuable improvements to my initial specifications.
