I need an Expert Advisor

I want a script or expert advise or robot that can place a sell order for USD/CHF when price gets to 1.34 (for example) using 60% of my balance as my margin - So if I have $10,000 on my account, I'd want to sell 1.2 lots [60% x $10,000 = $6,000/5000 (lot size) = 1.2].  If calculating the number of lots to sell based on margin is too complicated, i'd like to be able enter the lot size manually.  But ultimately, in the future, I would like to have the flexibility to modify the currency pair, the price, buy or sell, and the lots.
