High/Low Indicator with Period Separator

I need a fully customized and super accurate high/low indicator with adjustable period separator parameters. In terms of period calculation, I want the option of selecting a main AND subdivision. For instance, a monthly period subdivided into three months or a weekly period subdivided into 13 or 26 or 52 weeks. A final example would be to set the period to n-bars, further subdivided into "last 200 bars" etc. The high-low indicator should follow this same pattern. For example, draw high/low for last 52 weeks or draw high/low for last 6 months, etc. I've attached a screen shot of a similar indicator I use on a different trading platform, where the high low is drawn on a monthly/weekly/yearly/52 weeks basis. I need this capability with a little more tweaking. You will also notice the vertical line demarcating the beginning of the trading month along with a label at the top indicating the month and year. I need this incorporated into the MT4 indicator as well.
