Dashboard for Strategy

Hi

I want a Dashboard to be created for the strategy I use. I use a combination of 4 indicators across 2-3 time frames. 

I want the Dashboard to show a listing of all pairs I choose and the status of each indicator across 2-3 time Frames. I don't need advanced functions on the dashboard, It only needs to display information. Does not need to open trades etc.

For Example:

    M15        M30     H1

EURUSD     BBBB     BBSS    BSSS

GBPUSD     BBBS     BSSS    SSSS

I want to have different colours for buy/sell and use arrows, icons etc and have a good layout so it looks very Professional.
