Adaptations to an existing EA

I have an existing EA that was written for me several months ago which requires some adaptations, several of which are likely (I think) to only involve a couple of lines of code. The EA was written for use with a Forextime (FXTM) MT4 account and is a .ex4 file type.

I've listed the alterations required below (although I understand that to accurately quote a price/time frame for completion you will need to be able to see the current EA's code so rough estimates are acceptable):

1:  Whenever a stop loss is triggered the best performing position currently open (position that is then in most $'s profit, (but it must be in profit)) is closed automatically.

2a:  An added adjustable parameter allowing me to choose a maximum number of positions that can be open at any one time.

2b: When positions attempt to open but the maximum amount of positions (as in point 2a) are already open the best performing position currently open (position that is then in most $'s profit, but it must be in profit) is closed automatically to allow the new position(s) to open.

3: Some work may be required to allow the EA to begin it's process properly after a disconnect occurs.

4: I may look to use this EA with brokers other than FXTM so would like to check on potential compatibility issues and solutions to them should there be any.
