Hi I need function that gives me the Time index of higest price between two time index and one that gives me Time index of lowest price between same two Index

 

case:

i  have two bars on lets say Time[ 0] and Time[22]   i know need to loop through close prizes on what is between thos two Time index    [0]  and [22]  and return the higest prize of all snd the lowest prize of all in two different functions

 

 so basicly we need to search close[]  starting at index A until index B and return the index where the higest is and the other way around in another function

 

Anyone who can support me on this  i hope it makes sense. it is late here  ;)
