Need MQL5 developer for custom semi-auto US30 ICT/SMC EA

Budget depends on experience and quality.

I prefer to start with a semi-auto version first, and later upgrade to a full-auto version if the logic works correctly. I need a custom semi-automatic MT5 Expert Advisor for US30 based on an ICT/SMC-style workflow.

This is NOT a martingale, grid, scalping spam, or arbitrage bot.

I want a clean semi-auto trading assistant that helps me identify and execute high-quality setups manually, with strict prop-firm-friendly risk management.

Main purpose:

The EA should assist me in finding and confirming setups, but I will decide whether to take the trade. It should not open trades fully automatically in this first version.

Symbol:

- US30 only

Timeframes:

- 15m for higher-timeframe bias

- 3m for setup logic

- 1m for entry confirmation

What the semi-auto EA should do:

1. Higher-timeframe bias detection

- Detect bullish / bearish bias on 15m

- Consider structure, premium/discount, supply/demand, and FVG areas

2. Zone marking

- Automatically mark important 15m and 3m FVG zones

- Highlight relevant supply / demand or reaction areas

3. Liquidity sweep detection

- Detect sweep of local highs and lows

- Mark buy-side liquidity sweep and sell-side liquidity sweep

4. MSS / CHoCH detection

- Detect market structure shift / change of character on 1m and/or 3m

- Configurable to use wick-break or candle-close confirmation

5. FVG detection after structure break

- After a valid MSS/CHoCH, detect the newly created bullish or bearish FVG

- Mark the potential retest zone

6. Entry signal

- Once all conditions align, show a clear signal such as:

  - Short setup ready

  - Long setup ready

- Alert should only appear after:

  - HTF bias aligns

  - liquidity sweep occurred

  - MSS/CHoCH confirmed

  - fresh FVG identified

7. Manual entry panel

I want a small on-chart panel with:

- Buy button

- Sell button

- automatic lot size based on risk %

- prefilled stop loss

- optional take profit levels

- optional break-even and partial settings

Risk management:

- configurable risk per trade

- default 0.25%

- max trades per day

- max daily loss

- session filters

- spread filter

Session filter:

- London session

- New York session

- configurable trading windows

News filter:

- if possible, include a high-impact USD news lock

- no new signals/trades X minutes before and after important news

- if live API is not possible, support manual CSV/news file

Important:

This first version must remain SEMI-AUTOMATIC.

It should not place trades by itself unless I click manually.
