Reverese engineer indicator from detailed csv file for ninjatrader 8

i have 3 very detailed csv files. in those files contain ohlc, timestamps, and aggregated time and sales data. also in the csv file contains a column named arrow. and you will see where an arrow printed. i simply need the logic and math figured out as to why and how the arrows printed and to reverese engineer it to make an indicator that matches those arrows 100%. i will settle for 98-100% match without anymore false signals. all of the data was collected on ninjatrader 8. the bar chart was ninza renko 8:4. and the insturment was the ES market. the arrows on the csv file are not repainted and appear on candle close. your indicator must match the arrows and not repaint or backpaint. 

so the object is to simply reverse engineer the csv file and find the math and logic that would match placing arrows where they are on the csv file in real time. your indicator must not just be curve fit to match the csv file. but rather match it as if it was in real time. hope that makes sense

i was using chat gpt for this task but it is too extensive so i need a highy experienced developer for this task. i am very passionate about this task and i will not accept any less than perfection. but ai as reviwed this for me and told me it can be done. 

due to many other contracts i have done on here i have noticed a trend. and the trend is a developer says they can complete a task, then after much back and forth they can not complete the task and we agree to cancel the contract in good faith. but everytime i cancel i owe the site 10%. so if you wish to apply for the job i will need proof before setting up the contract that 1) you can do it and 2) that it can be done. no exceptions. i will not start a contract with you if you can not do the task. i will require proof first. i am not asking for you to deliever to me first. but proof none the less

again i am very passioante about this project and ai has reviwed it for me and ensured me all the data needed to reverese engineer this is in the csv file but it times out due to exxcessive run calculation time. what i am not asking is for the arrows to match the csv files but match live also going forward. if it just matches the csv files that could be curve fitting to just the files. im asking for the hard logic and math behind why they print where they did and why and to create an indicator. so at the end of this i should have an indicator that should match all arrows printed on any csv file. live should match history.

no i dont have the (arrow) indicator. if i did i wouldnt be on here posting. i have no other information other than the arrows are in real time and do not repaint or backpaint.
