Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to build a professional Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 based on a detailed quantitative trading model.

The EA will trade XAUUSD (Gold) on the M5 timeframe using a Session Breakout + Fibonacci Retracement strategy with advanced institutional-level filters.

The system includes volatility filters, liquidity sweep detection, London session manipulation logic, and strict risk management.

The developer must have proven experience building complex MT5 Expert Advisors and be able to deliver clean, well-structured code.

Strategy Overview

Instrument: XAUUSD
Platform: MetaTrader 5
Timeframe: M5

Core concept:
1. Detect volatility breakout from a 20-candle range
2. Confirm breakout using momentum and strong displacement candle
3. Enter using Fibonacci retracement (50% and 61.8%)
4. Use strict risk management and trade filters

The EA will trade only during London and New York sessions.

Key Features to Implement

2. Market Filters

The EA must include:

• Spread filter
• ADR (Average Daily Range) filter
• H1 ATR volatility filter
• Momentum expansion filter
• Optional EMA trend filter

These filters prevent trading during low-volatility or exhausted markets.

3. Liquidity Sweep Detection

The EA must detect stop-hunt patterns before breakouts.

Example:

• Previous candle sweeps liquidity
• Market returns inside range
• Breakout occurs afterward

This avoids trading fake breakouts.

4. Breakout Confirmation

This confirms strong momentum displacement.

5. Fibonacci Entry Logic


Entry levels:

• 50% retracement
• 61.8% retracement

6. Risk Management

Maximum risk per setup:

• 1% of account balance (user adjustable)

Stop loss must never exceed:

• $10 maximum distance
