Creation of dashboard for different accounts based on myfxbooks

The goal is to have multiple account dashboard with the following detail per account

- Symbol

- Profit

- Loss

- Leverage

- small graph

The dashboard should be able to host 100 accounts and use the API of myfxbooks.
