Entry-Signal Indicator for existing strategy for MT4

Hello, 

I have an existing Mean-Reversion System for the Forexmarkets. I genererally want to take Short trades whenever the H4 RSI is above 70 and long Trades whenever the H4 RSI is below 30. This is adjustable (so sometimes I wait for 75 or 25). Same thing for the H1-hour timeframe. 

I am now looking for a reliable indicator to enter the trade on a lower timeframe. Example: 

1) When the H4 RSI is above 70, I want the indicator to look for exhaustion signs in M15, M30 or M5 in order to find a good entry point for a short-trade. It doesnt have to be 100% perfect as no indicator achieves it. But it should have a fairly high probability of success. 

2) Same thing when H4 RSI is below 30. I want the indicator to look for exhaustion signs in M15, M30 or M5 in order to find a good entry point for a short-trade. It doesnt have to be 100% perfect as no indicator achieves it. But it should have a fairly high probability of success. 

It should also work for the h1 RSI and potential entries in M5. 

I need you to have experience with these kind of entry-systems. I want it to be clear and visible on the chart I apply the indicator to. So for example. I see that EURGBP RSI is above 70. Now I apply  the indicator on the chart in order to help me find a short-entry in M15 or M5 or any other lowertimeframe, like M30. 

You can use candlesticks (Like a doji) or a lower/lower or higher/higher on a lower timeframe or anything else that makes sense. 

I am open to ideas, so please do not just write me with "I can do it", but please share your general idea of how you would do it and if you have experience with this.
