Termos de Referência

tenho um indicador que ja gera alerta com condicoes para buy e sell, preciso apenas aplicar um rsi para servir de filtro.

quando o evento original do indicador acontecer ele so sera valido para alerta se estiver / se  compra , so sera valido se rsi estiver acima de (x) inputavel ,, se for venda so sera valido se estiver abaixo de (x) inputavel.

exemplo/  o indicador ja gera alertas porem com a adicao de um rsi , o alerta gerado so sera realmente valido se   (compra rsi tiver acima de 70)    se venda so sera valido o alerta sersi estiver abaixo de 30.
