Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MQL5 developer to accurately convert a sophisticated Smart Money Concepts (SMC) strategy from TradingView Pine Script into a robust, professional-grade MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor (EA).

The original code is complex and includes advanced logic for pivot detection, dynamic position sizing, and visual components. The primary challenge of this project is to ensure the MQL5 EA maintains the strategy's logic without repainting and performs accurately in both backtests and live trading.

Project Scope & Key Requirements:

- Core Strategy Logic:
    - Faithful replication of the algorithm for identifying non-repainting pivot highs and lows.
    - Precise implementation of entry conditions: long entries on confirmed pivot high breakouts, short entries on confirmed pivot low breakouts.
    - Exit logic via percentage-based Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP).
    - News Filter Skip new entries during high-impact news (configurable: currencies like USD, GBP, EUR; impact levels: High/Medium/Low). 
      Configurable “block window” (X minutes before and Y minutes after news). Should rely on MT5 news events or external feed (developer to clarify).
    - Multi-Broker Compatibility EA must run correctly across all MT5 brokers. Auto-detects symbol properties (contract size, tick size, tick value, margin currency). 
      Correctly handles different spreads, commissions, and account currencies.

- Money Management:
    - Implementation of advanced, dynamic position sizing based on a fixed USD risk amount.
    - The code must automatically calculate correct lot sizes for various instrument types (Forex, indices, commodities) factoring in their different contract specifications and tick values.

- Additional Features:
    - Trailing Stop: Implementation of a robust trailing stop feature.
    - Visual Components (Optional but preferred): Recreation of the strategy's chart visuals within MT5, including dynamic lines for active pivots, entry/exit markers, TP/SL lines, and an information table.

Developer Requirements:

- Proven expertise in MQL5 programming and a deep understanding of the MetaTrader 5 platform.
- Demonstrable experience in converting complex TradingView Pine Script strategies to MQL5. Links to your MQL5 Market or Freelance profile are essential.
- A strong understanding of how to avoid repainting and ensure historical backtesting accuracy.
- Ability to write clean, well-structured, object-oriented, and thoroughly commented code.

Deliverables:

1. Complete and fully documented MQL5 source code (.mq5 file).
2. Compiled executable file (.ex5 file).
3. A concise setup guide document explaining all input parameters and installation steps.
