MARKET DIRECTION EA To AUTOMATE TRADES OPENING AND CLOSING

Hello Programmers,

I currently have an indicator as shown below that can help me to predict the movement of the market direction from a BUY action using the low prices and a SELL action using the High prices.

I want to create an EA that can use these conditions to take bids towards the correct direction and ensure profitable trades are taken when market moves towards the correct direction while reducing losses or risk when market goes the wrong direction.

The EA will have a manual or automatic mode to determine the position of the price.

So in the manual mode, I will instruct the EA on the information about which position the Price is, either HIGH or LOW.

If HIGH, the EA will position itself to take SELL trades downwards based on the market direction and manage the profits adequately by closing the trades in profits before going to losses, or reducing the losses to the minimal until market direction goes according to the setting.

If LOW, the EA will position itself to take BUY trades upwards based on the market direction and manage the profits adequately by closing the trades in profits before going to losses, or reducing the losses to the minimal until market direction goes according to the setting.

However on the automatic mode, the EA will determine itself whether the position is HIGH or LOW, and then take trades afterwards using the conditions above.

The EA will be in such a way that it can be used on different products like currencies, indices, Gold and also crypto markets.

The variables of the EA should be set up in real time prices and not pips and the EA should be able to manage the profit and loss settings. However a manual condition can be set to identify the risk to profit ratio. E.g. 1:3, 1:5, 1:2 ets. 1:3 means a loss of 1 to a profit of 3. So when bids activate, it sets itself to make a loss of 1, but then it will take a profit of 3 if market goes correct direction. But this will just be a RULE to be inbuilt to help the trading to be profitable. The EA should also be allowed to take multiple trades and repeated trades as much as its profitable and going towards correct direction.  

The EA should be able to manage the trades effectively in such a way that it wont make a loss of more than 1% of a previous balance before such trades at any point in time as it will be effective in only taking trades towards the correct direction adequately

Please note that i will need up to 2 weeks to test the EA and also another 8 weeks for debugging to ensure any error is rectified after closing the project.
