Writing of an Expert Advisor RSI and EMA

Tools You'll Need

• Moving Averages:

  • 50 EMA (trend direction)

  • 200 EMA (overall market trend)

• RSI (14-period):

  • To confirm overbought/oversold conditions

    Setup

    1. Open a 1-hour or 4-hour chart (great for swing trades)

    2. Add:

       • 50 EMA

       • 200 EMA

       • RSI (14)

  • 
    

Entry Rules: Buy (Long Trade)

✔ Price is above the 200 EMA (uptrend)
✔ Wait for a pullback where price touches or comes close to the 50 EMA
✔ RSI drops to around 30–40 (not below 30)
✔ Enter a buy when price starts to bounce back up

🔁 Reverse the rules for Sell (Short Trade):

• Price below 200 EMA

• Pullback to 50 EMA

• RSI near 60–70

• Enter when price drops again

  Exit Rules

  • Take Profit: At previous high or a fixed reward (e.g., 2x your risk)

  • Stop Loss: Just below the 50 EMA or recent swing low
