Conservative, balanced portfolio with two strategies

Hello, 

I am looking for a long-term partnership. Please read the following and decide, if this is something you can deliver.

looking for a developer with a strong background to achieve a very conservative strategy with a maximum annual dradown of 10% and a annual gain of around 20-30%. These values can vary a little of course depending on the year. 

I want to have 2 strategies in the portfolio. 

1. Mean Reversion for the Forex-Markets:

Low drawdown-strategy that makes sure the drawdown of a single trade does not rise above 3% (in extreme cases 5% is ok) and the portfolio drawdown stays below 10%. I want to use very small positions to scale into a trade with spacing around 1-1.5 ADR between positions. The take profits and breakeven levels have to adjust dynamically. The strategy should aim for 2-3 trades at the same time (2-3 pairs) that are uncorrelated, so we have to check once 1 trade is open, that the correlation of the next trade is low. I want to avoid that we have 3 positions and each has a drawdown of 3%. We also really have to check for negative swap. To avoid this, I would suggest to enter in M5, for example. And use H1 or H4 to idetfiy reversal-situations. I would also suggest to use D1, because if an asset rose 10 days straight and pulls back, perhaps it is not the best idea to go long in M5. 

2. Index-Strategy for Nasdaq or SPX

In Bull-Market long-only but also identify when we are in a down-market to perhaps take small short-positions. However, since indices are mostly long, we should focus on that. Can be similar to the forex strategy, but can also be different. Should be more of a trend strategy to make it uncorrelated to the forex strategy.

 As we will have investors copying the trades, I want to avoid scalping or high frequency trading.
