Update Baseline indicator

  I currently have a Baseline indicator code which was modified which want to be debugged and updated. 

Notifications are not being generated consistently when:

·        Candles touch above or below baseline,

·        Candles cross above or below baseline

·        Candles partially closed below or above baseline

·        Candles close above or below baseline

Notification message to be change

Notifications are being generated before the time frames are expired.

So I am asking you to amend the code to reflect

·        Notification to only be generate when the specific time frame selected has ended and  the following criteria are met:  

               {Close type Touch}  Candle body close and wick touch above or below baseline,

               {Close type Cross}   Candle body close and wick cross above or below baseline.

               {Close type Partial}  Body of Candles and wick partially closed below or above baseline

         {Close type Full}      Body of Candles and wick close above or below baseline.

·        Change notification message to :

Change notification message to (Direction: Above, Below.  baseline)

Example: Time Frame: H1] Pair: EURGBP| Direction: Above Baseline | Close type: Full

·        Allow indicator to send notification from multiple  MT4 brokers platforms
