MT5 EA that trades for every price movement

I need an MT5 EA that buys when price goes up for every tick and has a trailing stop loss (no TP). And vice versa for sells. Here is a scenario:

Price of XAUUSD is 2500.00, it goes up to 2500.01, the EA places a buy with a SL that trails, if the price goes to 2500.02, it opens another buy etc.. However, if price goes down to 2500.01 instead of 2500.03, all buy orders are closed asap and a sell order is placed etc. 

If price continued to go straight up to 2500.90 for example, without reversing, then we would have had over 90 trades open and the stop losses would have trailed near that price.

SL, trailing steps, lot size, start hour and stop hour should all be adjustable inputs.
