MT5 Utility - Price Volatility and Volume Scanner

This Utility Will Scan MT5 for Price Volatility and Amount of Volume 

Scans either mt5 watchlist window  or all symbols , and writes ordered results to a text file.

The GUI for this utility will be the default mt5 gui provided for all EA and Scripts , allowing user to set options, in this case scan options.

Scan options will be based on including or excluding price volatility and volume for each time frame in mt5 platform from 1minute to 1month 

For this project i prefer a developer who has a lot of previous experience working with scanners and thus can use their own initiative regards how best to combine 

price volatility and volume into a weighted per time frame scan.
