USVIX Expert advisor for mt4

I need an Expert Advisor for MT4 that trades the USVIX in the 15m timeframe.

And befor a order take place the ea should use EMA 5   in the uptrend for long and then make the order

He should buy a variable long position at the level of 13,14,15,16,17 and secure it with a stop loss, which I can set variably, for example at 12

He should set take profit at variable 1.5 more per position

He should set a trailing stop at plus 1 and then always set the take profit 1 higher, stop loss 0.5 lower and always move it upwards.

Example: Buy at 13 Takeprofit 14.5 Trailing stop should secure the position at 14 at 13.5 and increase the new takeprofit to 15.

He should buy a variable short position at the levels of 19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29 and secure it with a stop loss, which I can set variably, for example at 35 always 8 points higher than the purchase price.

He should set take profit at variable 1.5 more per position

He should set a trailing stop at plus 1 and then always set the take profit 1 higher, stop loss 0.5 lower and always move it upwards.

Example sale at 20 take profit 18.5 trailing stop should secure the position at 19.5 and increase the new take profit to 18..
