Y- minutes before high and medium impact news: the EA shall not take new entry before certain minutes ahead of such news.

S- minute :The EA shall close the running trade before S minutes of high impact/ medium impact news.

Z - minutes: the EA shall start taking new entry after Z minutes of medium/ high impact news.

Function : as per TradingView indicator QQE pops up as Short and Long . The EA in MQL5(MT5) should be prepared as in such a manner so that when QQE would print Long, this EA will take buy entry with predefined lot size and when QQE will print the short , the EA should close the previously taken long position and open the new short position and vice versa( no need to print ). For our case, I wish the characteristics of EA shall act in line with the QQE indicator of TradingView. But this EA shall not have any relationship with TradingView. It shall run on MT5 independently.

Requirement: Must provide the source code also.
