I need a good developer who talented in MQL5 CAppDialog library to create a nice panel

What I need drawed in bellow sample UI design.

I need a CAppDialog EA panel, with icons near the Dialog  header title.

Dialog has 4 tab. all tabs contained sample text, buttons, edit field, text....

Tab 1 is a table, with 20 random sample text rows (tr) and 5 columns (td).

Dialog is 600*400, so all the table data cannot be shown in windows, the scroll is needed for table content scrolling.

Tab 2, a group of checkbox with name of currencies.

EUR, USD, JPY, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, CHF, some random text. (I need it to be long list because of i need a scroll here too.)

by check or uncheck the currencies list, the next content area updating with a list of pair name

example, if user check the EUR, the next side, list EURUSD, EURJPY, EURCAD, EURGBP, EURNZD... with buttons. double click on this pairs, open a new windows (CAppDialog) contain the pair chart.

if the pair list is more than windows size, the scroll is needed.

please fill the tab 3 and 4 with random text, buttons and edit fields objects.
