1. The idea of the trading system is as follows: markets entries are performed when the liquidity is grabbed or when a supply or demand is being touched.
2. Trend? There's no trend specified because this EA is based on liquidity and supply and demand.
3. Trading Signals:
- Buy Signal: EnterBuyMarket when price closes above the 5 period EMA (This EMA must be a parameter) after the liquidity has been grabbed or when a demand zone is being touched.
- Sell Signal: EnterSellMarket when price closes below the 5 period EMA (This EMA must be a parameter) after the liquidity has been grabbed or when a supply zone is being touched.
4. Positions are closed (RiskReward must be a parameter) at a Risk Reward set by the user. (example: 1:3, 1:2.5, 1:5, 1:2. up to the user).
5. Positions are opened at the marketprice.
6. Position management (TrailingStop must be a parameter)
TrailingStop is used to protect profit. Stop Loss is set if profit in points exceeds the value specified in the InpTrailingStop parameter. If the price continues to move in the profit direction, Stop Loss should be trailed at the given distance. Stop Loss cannot be moved towards the loss direction, i.e. the Stop Loss value cannot be increased. If none of protective orders (Take Profit or Stop Loss) triggers, the position should be closed by an opposite signal. No other position exit methods are available.
7. TimeFrames
- Liquidity TimeFrame must be a parameter where the user put the selected timeframe. ex: 1hour, 30minutes, etc.
- Supply and Demand TimeFrame must be a parameter where the user put selected timeframe. There are some Supply and Demand Indicators where you can add it to the EA so it would be easier.
8. Lot Size Parameter is where the user decides the risk of each trade whether is a percentage or a fixed lot size.
9. StopLoss must be 1 or 2 pips below the pivot of the entry as shown in the pictures.
