MT5 EA - PLACING ORDERS FROM CSV FILE

Hi, I need an MT5 EA which will get data from CSV file (C:/Book1.csv) and read the value of cells in Sheet1: 

   - A1 will represent the desired amount of opened position in lots (0.01 means 0.01 Lots on buy side / -0.01 means 0.01 lots on sell side),

   - B1 is stop loss level (if is 0, there is no need for stop loss). 

   - C1 is take profit (if is 0, there is no need for stop loss). 

EA should open or close position(s) in MT5 every time Cell A1 changes value, in order to adjust the amount of open positions in MT5 with CSV file. So, there can be 3 possible cases:

   - A1 increases its (absolute) value => open 1 new position.

   - A1 decreases its (absolute) value => close one or more positions. Occasionally, some positions will have to be closed partially. Closing order: first opened should be closed first, etc.

   - A1 changes sign (direction / becomes negative from positive) => close all opened positions and open 1 new position. If A1 = 0, close all positions / no new positions should be opened. 

If B1 or C1 changes value, EA should change the SL or TP level on all open positions.

The EA should monitor the CSV file’s timestamp and trigger actions every time the CSV file has been modified. EA should be able to manage several crosses (for example, row 1 will represent EURUSD, row 2 GBPUSD, ...) – when I attach EA to the chart, I must be able to chose the required row in CSV file. Also, EA must have Magic number option (if Magic number is 0, EA should manage all positions on account / if Magic number > 0, EA should manage only positions with this magic number). So, EA should have 3 inputs:

INPUTS:

-CSV file location (C:/Book1.csv)

-CSV Row

-Magic number

CSV (in attachment) will be formatted:

. – decimal separator

; - delimiter
