Editing tool for MT5 research analyst / programmer needed

I work for an independent research Co with offices in NY, HK, Paris & London and I am considering MT5 as a tool to publish technical analysis reports before using it for algo trading.

We are new to MQL but I have programmers with good knowledge of C++ but they are busy working on other projects we are looking to gain time by outsourcing initial coding of some of the tools we need and speed up our learning curve.

To start with, I have the following questions / needs:

- we want to save a chart as gif file in a predefined format size (pixels), with pre-set indicators, colours, on a network address rather than local drive, without opening each time the chart itself;
- create specific keyboard short cuts (eg: export the current chart);
- automatic or manual entry of chart name while exporting it;
- multiple export image facility (ie one chart with different image output options), eg: one chart with blue background, the other with yellow;
- can MT5 files be shared among different Metaquote users?
- is it possible to remove the border around a chart and change the font and its size?
- apply the « unselect all» object tool via an icon and not by right clicking on an object ?
- can MT5 read historical data off ASCII or database files?
