I Need help from AI capable programmer to create a trade entering and managing system.

I am today trading XAUUSD manually. I get my trading input from a signal provider.

I get signals from this provider 5 to 7 times per day

Same layout every time for this message that contains the signal.

The signal is arriving to my telegram account, and I must set the trade at once if I want to follow from that trade-start position. 

So, I am nearly always missing some pips on each trade, as I am never that quick to set up new trade. (and I am also often away from the office desk).

So, I need a smart system that do this set up for me as instructed by the small message that comes into my Telegram account, to be able to get the new trade set up and started quickly.

The message that comes into the Telegram account has same layout every time for each order. Please see attachment here to see the typical message.

The variables and content in the trade signal message are: (Variables in RED)

Line 1:  Has no variables

Line 2:  Buy Gold @2385-2381   These figures tell the signal outer limits (XAUUSD) market position that the live signal must be inside for the system to go on and process the trade.

Line 3:  Sl :2379.00 The system must record this value and place it in the order as Stoploss.

Line 4:  Tp1 :2386.50 The system must record this value and place it as TakeProfit for Order 1.

There are 2 orders in each message. The first order has now been set, and no more action is required. This Order 1 will be ended by either hit TP1 or SL.

Line 5:  Tp2 :2389.00   The system must record this value and place it as TakeProfit for Order 2. At the same time the system must also place the same Sl (StoppLoss) same as it used for the first order.
This SL for Order 2 to be moved to Order 2 start point when Order 2 reaches mid-way level of Order 1TP and Order 2 TP.

Order 2 will also always in addition have some extra functions in the programming:  When Order 2 passes the mid-way level of order 1 TP and order 2 TP, then TRAILING will be added by the system to create a Trailing of Order 2. This trailing to be started then from same level as Order 1 TP, when Order 2 reach mid-way between Order 1 TP and Order 2 TP

I can use in my trade MT4 or MT5 coded system here, depending what is most easy to produce for you.
