MT5 to DXTrade Connectivity Demo

I want a simple prototype/demonstration EA that shows how it is possible to interact between an MT5 EA and a Dxtrade account. This is for educational purposes only so I can see the source code and how I can incorporate it in my own EAs.

It must demonstrate the following within an MT5 Expert Advisor (EA):-

1. Send/Copy a trade from MT5 EA to a DXTrade account.
2. Close a trade in Dxtrade, when closed in MT5.
3. Adjust Stop loss on existing MT5 Order in MT5 and adjust too in Dxtrade.
4. Retrieve the details of all open orders in Dxtrade for a particular symbol eg (XAUUSD)

Order Id, Order type(eg Buy/Sell), Lot size, Open Time, Open Price etc

        (Simply show the orders using Print in the Experts tab or load in arrays for displaying on the chart  in a comment. As long as they are demonstrated as retrieved from DXtrade)

All source code must be provided.

The key objective here is just to show what can be done and how the above 4 requirements can be coded to integrate between MT5 and Dxtrade.

I am not interested in anything fancy. It is mainly for my educational purposes as I am a programmer myself in MQL5 but never used DXtrade or the APIs.
