I need to create a zone recovery EA. Sample attached

In normal zone recovery EAs, EA don't close the first position and continue adding reverses position which basically occupies the leverage. I need to close previous positions and simultaneously enter the next reverse position.

First entry will be manual and I also need pending order options. When the first entry hits the hedge loss (stop loss) target, it will close and the second reverse position will be immediately entered. Subsequent lot size will be calculated using a lot size multiplier based on the hedge size and profit target inputs which I have explained in the below google docs link. Only thing I was not able to figure out how to adjust spreads and commission, where I will need your help.

Other than the basic function of zone recovery I explained above, I will need options of breakeven, trailing profit and scaling based on the combined grid net losses/profit.
