RSI TrendLine BreakOut

Need MQ4 and MQ5 code for EA that will use signal from RSI TrendLine functions.

Trend line should be draw like on the picture bellow.

The code must have ability to recognize False Breakout.

The input must have option for how many candles to check back.

The input must have option to set how many touches minimum to recognize trendline.

No repaint or recalculate on new candle.

I dont need complete EA, just functions with RSI TrendLine Breakout, with possibility to draw histogram on new window on the chart.

I will use this code for another EA.

You can write the code from beginning or convert tradingview script in attachment.
