EA base on open time trade and range open pips

I Have file EA MT4. been used and modified in 2 years. But problems always come and go and always related to these problems:

A. Range Open Point (not working to detect price).

B. Trailing Stop and Step (Working but as not likes the logic wanted) and Open Position should be BUY or SELL only instead of Locking Position (sometimes happen) BUY AND SELL at the same time.

C. EA only WORKING with 3 Brokers (FBS MT4 this will be my priority broker) and 2 locals Brokers (Indonesia). 

The problems come after EA using after 2 or 4 weeks working as the logic. But usually after more less 1 months after that, EA will not work 100 %.

After few months I consulted with My EA programmer and still not working as my logic wanted in this EA.

I wonder someone can makes new version MT5 with the same logic below or just fix the exist file (MT4)

The LOGIC IS very simple, and no indicators or candle pattern needed. Open ONE shoot Position only/day/asset and will base on:

1.Open Time Trade.

2. Range Open Point/Pips Up or Down then follow the price, for example: if price go down from OPEN TIME TRADE SETTING -> 66 pips then SELL or UP first from OPEN TIME TRADE -> 66 pips the BUY, WITH BASE TP or SL: TP in MONEY or POINTS/PIPS with/or using Trailing Stop and Step.

2. Balance Level Adjustment vs Lot size.
