EA or utility (discuss) for custom symbols data updates

Hello, 

manually importing every week updated data into MT5 Custom Symbols is quite time consuming.

the EA/utility/script (discuss about this)

should:
given a folder of csv->
1) update any custom symbols which have the same name.
2) if there is not such a custm symbol, than create it.

during the update process, the script should report how many symbols are present on the folder, how many updated already, and how many still remain to finish.
If possible to add aa time calculation.
if possible to add a a bar that show the current update progress and the over update progress.

EURUSD_tick_M1.csv (for BARS)
EURUSD_tick.csv       (for ticks)
