Inclusion of two indicators in one EA

I want to write an Expert Advisor myself to learn MQL5 better.
I already have basic programming knowledge, my knowledge is sketchy in some areas.

I would like to include two indicators in my EA. I am looking for someone to write me the code and briefly explain how it works exactly.

I have a Fractals indicator and I want to store in two variables the value of the last UpFractal and the value of the last DownFractal.

The second indicator shows 3 trading sessions and the highs and lows of those. I want to store the current highs and lows of the three sessions in variables. So that I can use them in the EA.
