Simple ea to open one order with few parameters

hi

i need an EA able to open a single position in one direction with few parameters (set files)

the open order must have same magic number as if was manually done (very important)

i will use one other ea to manage those trades and this ea only manage manual orders.

input parameters will have : 

direction : sell or buy (not both on same chart) so an input is mandatory

volume : depend of equity : for example 0.01 for xxxxx usd

avoid big news yes/ no 

if yes : time before news / time after news

EA have to open one trade for one direction (sell or buy) depending of choice.

if the other EA close this trade, EA must open one other trade in same direction : depending of TF in chart

so the idea is for me to put ea in two charts : one for buy / one for sell
other ea have to think it is manually trading. 
when other ea will close one trade (profit or lose), ea will automatically open one other in same direction (depending of time news of course)

no take profit

no stop loss

just simple ea !
