Need help creating a simple MT5 EA based on some indicators, I have described it in detail in the attached picture

-       Fractal

-       William Percent Range

-       Parabolic SAR

-       RSI

-       Volume 

-      Ichimoku

-       MFI

-       EMA

-       OBV

Fillter News high (red) forexfactory, before and after hours

Option 1: Single shot

0.1 Lot

SL (pip): 30 pips

TP (pip): 30 pips

If positive 15 pips (50%TP), then close 0.05 (50% lotsize)

Option 2: Gird martingel system: still keep TP at 30 pips but if the market price is negative compared to prediction, the robot will no stop loss but proceed to turn on DCA gird algorithm:

0.1 Lot_ entry first order

0.2  Lot_ distance 20pip

0.3  Lot_distance 30pip

....no limit order

Close all when hit total target profit example $10
