Need new indicators built as per the attached specs and files and an EA based on that. Please refer files attached. Let me know if there are questions. These are simple indicators, just need to program it the way they work. First add all the indicators to the chart, load the template file and then restart the MT4 terminal. You will be able to see the MAs and the candles with up and down arrow. Need one exactly like the same.

NOTE: The files that have ## have been encrypted. Please do not ask me for the code instead study the functionality. They are simple volume and arrow indicators and can be replaced easily.

With these as inputs, need an EA developed. A clear specification document has been attached as well. Please read/review carefully. Only take this assignment if you can do a clean and timely job.
