I want to convert a tradingview strategy to ninja trader

i am looking for someone to re program the EA so it enters on the red or green circle after it has been detected there is some lag so it enters 3 candles after the circle appears the logic of the EA needs to be changed so it can detect buy and sell opportunities like in the photo the circle shows a buy signal or sell signal
