This utility is divided in to two parts, risk management and equity calculations applied in a portfolio of strategies 

in the risk management: once an EA reach a defined draw down, then utility should stop writing the magic number

in the equity calculation: there are 4 types of calculation that should be done in parallel, for example equity0 where we add all trades to the equity, and equity one we add the value of trades based on specific predefined criteria, for example add the next trade if the previous two trades are negative. 

everything is described in details in the requirements.
