Improvement of an existing EA

I have an existing EA based on Moving averages crossings, the logic is simple now, its about 300 lines of codes including parameters definition but I want to improve it.

The improvements I want to do is the following:

1. No reentries, when a trade is closed in profit, most of times, another one is opened immediately, it should not open another trade until next cross.

2. I have 8 MA's , Disable up to 7 MA. if I set an MA to 0 it would not be used, so I can use from 1 to 8 MA's

3. Min and Max distance from MA1 for entry. I would like to add a new condition for entry, price should be at least [Min] distance and maximum [max] distance from MA1 for entry in terms of ATR (1x atr, 1.5 atr, etc). Also we will need to introduce ATR period for this

4. Avoid entries after big candles on previous X periods, 2 new parameter for this : number of periods to lookback for big candles, ATR Size for big candles (1.5 ATR etc.) 

5. Run an optimization in strategy tester for all params and spot another improvement suggested by you.
