Create code to EA that can transfer Global Variables between two trading account on VPS

HI, I need to create code to EA that can transfer Global Variables between two trading account on VPS. I need only the code that send specific values from one EA on trading account and another one that can read the same values in onother EA on different trading account, all on VPS. I'm not sure it'can be done with Global Variables, so the way to transfer it with а common text file or something else will be enough as well.
