REQUIRED MT5 INDICATOR
1. Moving average+ RSI line need to be display in chart with the BUT and SELL Flag. BUY flag= when RSI line( value) below the moving average and candle need to be open+low+closed above the moving average then BUY flag need to display in chart.
2. sell flag= when RSI line( value) above the moving average and candle need to be open+high+closed below the moving average then BUY flag need to display in chart.
3. If any above condition is mismatch then indicator should not be show any flag.
