TRADING OPTION BOT

I've got an options trading algorithm in mind that want to write a bot for, trading on the TastyWorks/TastyTrade platform. I don't know python, so I can't really program it. It's really hard to describe to a programmer how I want it to work, so I wrote the code in metatrader. Well, I wrote as much as I could in metatrader... some of it I couldn't, because metatrader doesn't do options. So for that, I just did pseudo code. The code I wrote doesn't actually trade... For the moment, it just logs information. This is phase 1. Then we'll use that information to complete the trading system for phase 2. I've attached the code I wrote to this job. The job will be awarded not to the cheapest bid, but to the person that reads my code, and describes back to me plain English what it is we're trying to do here, that way I will know you properly understand what is needed. Please feel free to ask any questions, but if you have no questions, then the bid should include a description of what the code does.
